[Beauty Bloggers Holiday Collaboration] Festive Green Makeup Look

Happy Holidays! Today, I'm bringing you a festive makeup look that is very holiday appropriate. Time to bust out those colorful eyeshadows that you probably have lying around and almost never wear (I know I do!).   
I usually start out by doing my face first - foundation, brows, eyes and finish off with the rest of the face and then lips. This time I'm going to start on the eyes since I'm expecting a bit of fall out from the shadows I'm using. 
Eyes:

• Start off with putting a scotch tape on the outer corner of your eye, following the lower lash line. This will help you get a clean line and also catch some of the fall outs from the shadows.
• Using Urban Decay Primer Potion in Original, prime the lid. If you have the Too Face Shadow Insurance Glitter Glue, go ahead and use it to prime the lids instead to help the glitter shadow we will be applying to adhere. 
• I'm using the NYX Slide On Liner in Esmeralda all over the lid to create a sticky base for the shadow. Blend out the harsh lines lightly with your finger or brush.
• Starting off with Bender from the UD Book of Shadows IV (the old one not the Redux that came out a few months back), or any olive shadow with prominent gold undertone, apply it all over the lid with a flat shader brush. Don't worry about blending out for now.
• Next, with Damaged from the UD Vice 2 Palette or any green shadow that is deeper than the first shadow applied, apply it to the outer V of the eyes. Pack on that color until you reach the desired intensity for either a softer or bolder smokey look. Lightly blend the harsh lines on the crease with a clean blending brush. Make sure you also blend out Bender.
• Taking Midnight Cowgirl from the UD BoS IV on a small blending brush, blend out the Bender and Damaged on the crease area for that glitter party on your eyes. I personally hate putting glitters near my eyeballs so I try to put it as far away as possible so the crease area is just fine. This shadow has quite a lot of fall outs so be careful. Midnight Cowgirl is a champagne shadow with a lot of glitters, if you don't want that glitter, you can settle for sheer champagne-colored shadow, a duo chrome shadow of that same shade would also be nice on the lids.
• For the brow bone highlight, I'm using Habit from the UD Vice 2 Palette, applying it with a clean fluffy brush underneath the brows.
• Gently remove the tape and brush off any fall outs on your cheeks. You can clean up the edges of your eyes with a makeup wipe or a Q tip with makeup remover. 
• Using the tip of a flat shadow brush and the shadow Stash from the UD Vice 2 Palette, apply it on the outer corner of the lower lash line connecting it to the shadow on top which is Damaged. Blend out to create a smokey look for the bottom lash line.
• Now with an angled eyeliner brush, spray it with MAC Fix +. Shake the small bottle of the NYX Ultra Pearl Mania in Lime Pearl and flick the lid a couple of times before opening it. Slowly open it up and dip your wet brush on the lid of the bottle. Apply this on the inner portion of the lower lash line, blending it together with Stash. Also, bring this in right on the inner corner of the eye.
• With a black eyeliner, I'm using Sumita Beauty Suman Contrast Eye Pencil in Black, tightline the eyes.
• Line the upper lash line with a gel liner, I'm using Maybelline Master Drama Gel Liner in Blackest Black. You may wing it out as you like; be as dramatic as you like since it's the holidays anyway -  a perfect excuse to go overboard with makeup! ^^
• We're almost done... Now curl those eyes, apply mascara (Maybelline Volum' Express Colossal Mascara Waterproof in Back) and if you really want to go all out, apply false lashes. I'm wearing Lonjure Lashes L1 Reverie. If you want to make your eyes look rounder rather than longer and cat-eyed, apply mascara to your bottom lash line generously. 

Face/Cheeks:

• Make sure that there isn't any eyeshadow fall out on your cheeks especially after using the pigment. Use a makeup wipe to remove them.
• Apply your foundation with a synthetic brush for a more airbrushed and flawless look. I'm using the Maybelline Fit Me Foundation in 220 Natural Beige since it's one of those foundations that makes me flawless but natural looking. You can definitely use a more long-lasting foundation or one with more coverage.
• Use concealer (NARS Stick Concealer in Ginger) on the areas you need it like under the eyes and blemishes. 
• Contour the face with a matte bronzer (NYC Sunny Bronzer). Layer it with another more luminizing bronzer, (e.l.f. Healthy Glow Bronzer in Sun Kissed).
• For that really healthy and glowy look when the lights hit your face, use a gold tone highlighter, MAC MSF in Soft & Gentle. Apply it on the cheek bones, bridge of the nose, forehead, Cupid's bow and chin. You may also use a lighter bronzer as a highlighter like the e.l.f. bronzer I used previously.

Brows:

• Not forgetting the brows, I'm using Lioele Auto Eyebrow in Dark Brown to fill in my sparse eyebrows.
• Brushing on an old, dried out Maybelline Hypercurl Mascara in Black Brown to the front of the brows to make it look thicker.

Lips:
Last but not least, pretty red lips for a merry holiday look! Though the eyes are bold and green, it certainly doesn't clash with a bright, red lip. Here, I'm using MAC Riri Woo. I love how this lippie is matte and you don't need a lip liner to make it last longer and prevent it to bleed since it is a pretty long-lasting lipstick and it doesn't move around.
