There are situations I find myself physically present in the moment but most of the time my mind is wandering. Usually I’m engaged in thoughts about something totally different, a separate issue; worrying or possibly just daydreaming. I am always focusing on my future living in chronic pain while forgetting to appreciate what is immediately encompassing me. It’s important to absorb myself in the present moments that are right before me.
