Well, the BBC Good Food Show is over again for another year, but boy was it a good one. The Show was immense this year, and we had a great day there as part of the bloggers team. We were lucky enough to meet and chat to the Hairy Bikers, and spent a great few hours meeting and chatting to producers, bursary winners and local food folk!
Here’s a quick whistle stop tour of our day in photo highlights…….
The fab Glynn Purnell and Ben Tish on the Saturday Kitchen Live Stage
The Omelette Challenge
Gin!
The Garlic Farm had a fabulous Stand
And we adore their produce – we picked up a few things, but their chilli tomato ketchup was a new one for us to try and its amazing on a bacon sarnie!
Seed & Bean Chocolate
Sausage Rolls
The Potted Game Co
We picked up a few of these and can back up their Great taste Awards – they are yummy!
The Girls from the Ochil Fudge Pantry – we always stock up on some of these
Some slighty dodgy named festive beers!
Chocolate from 5th Dimension – some unusual flavours and top quality produce
Lee tried an Oyster!
We indulged in some more brownies from Tarte & Berry and took away some of their salted caramel sauce
It was lovely to see local brewery Purity at the show – Lee loves their beers
One of our favourites Spicentice – all you could need in rubs and spices! Their Papaya Chutney is a favourite
Phil Vickery cooking up a storm
And of course the lovely Marcus Bean hosting the Cakes & Bakes Stage
The Hairy Bikers and me!
Our little haul of goodies!
……and we hope to catch you at the next one!
