Banana and Rose Shake With Nuts

Ingredients:
For Shake:
- 1 banana, peeled and frozen
- 4-8 drops of rose syrup(as taste and color required))
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- Pinch of ground cinnamon (optional)
- Sugar to taste
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 3/4 cup to 1 cup water(optional)
For Toppings:
- 1 tablespoon toasted desiccated coconut flakes
- 1 tablespoon toasted almonds, coarsely chopped
- 1 tablespoon toasted pistachios, coarsely chopped
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
Method:
- Cut the banana into 1-inch-thick slices and place them in a blender.
- Add the yogurt, rose syrup, cinnamon, sugar, ice cubes.
- Blend until smooth. Add an additional 3/4 cup water if the shake is too thick.
- Pour into glass, top with rows of coconut flakes, almonds, pistachios, and sesame seeds, and serve.
