Banana and Rose Shake With Nuts

Banana and Rose Shake With Nuts


Serves 1
Preparation Time: 3-5 minutes
Cook Time: 10-12 minutes (for toasting the nuts)
Total Time: 15-18 minutes

Ingredients:

For Shake:

  • 1 banana, peeled and frozen
  • 4-8 drops of rose syrup(as taste and color required))
  • 1 cup plain yogurt 
  • Pinch of ground cinnamon (optional)
  • Sugar to taste 
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 3/4 cup to 1 cup water(optional)

For Toppings:

  • 1 tablespoon toasted desiccated coconut flakes
  • 1 tablespoon toasted almonds, coarsely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon toasted pistachios, coarsely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds

Method:

  1. Cut the banana into 1-inch-thick slices and place them in a blender.
  2. Add the yogurt, rose syrup, cinnamon, sugar, ice cubes.
  3.  Blend until smooth. Add an additional 3/4 cup water if the shake is too thick.
  4. Pour into glass, top with rows of coconut flakes, almonds, pistachios, and sesame seeds, and serve.
