Banana and Kiwi Smoothie

- 1 banana, peeled and cut into chunks
- ½ cup kiwifruit, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
- Sugar or maple syrup to taste
Method:
- Combine all of the banana, kiwi, yogurt, ice, and syrup in a blender together until smooth.
- Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
