Baking With Cake Angels
We have had a fun time again baking with Cake Angels items, today we have made cupcakes.
For the cupcake mixture I do like to do one of my favourites, which is the simple but classic be-ro Victoria sponge mix.

100 g (4 oz)margarine

100 g (4 oz)caster sugar

2 mediumeggs

100 g (4 oz)Be-Ro Self Raising Flour

1 Heat oven to 180ºC, 350ºF, Gas Mark 4. Grease an 18 cm (7 inch) sandwich tins.

2 Cream margarine and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs, one at a time, adding a little flour with each.

3 Gently fold in remaining flour.

4 Place in prepared tins and bake for 20-25 minutes in 2 tins or 40-45 minutes in one tin.
When buns came out wait for them to cool, then decorate, I started mine by cutting a circle form round the top of the cupcake, then placing raspberry jam in the middle, then put the top back on then making some butter icing by mixing together softened butter plus icing sugar after all mix together I added some pink colouring with a hint of strawberry flouring into the butter icing mix.  Then I put some on to the top of my cupcakes then placed Cake Angels Marshmallows Pink & White round Price of £2.89 for a big bag.
