Bacon-Wrapped Potato Bites - Non-Vegetarian

Thrive with spicy chunks of potato and, crisp and crunchy bacon in dip sauce being so delicious, easy, yummy and tasty. Also, instead of mixing sour cream into hot sauce, you just swirl the hot sauce into the sour cream that will make it more flavorful. Prepare bacon wrapped potato with spicy sour cream dipping sauce whose recipe given as follows.

Ingredients

    • 1 pound chopped red Potatoes
    • 2 1/2 tsp Salt
    • 1 1/2 tsp minced Rosemary
    • 1 tbsp olive Oil
    • Freshly ground Pepper
    • 12 ounces pound thick-cut Bacon
    • 1 cup sour Cream
    • 3 tsp hot Sauce
    • Salt to taste
    • Pepper to taste

How to make Bacon-Wrapped Potato Bites

Step 1: Boil the potato in water until firm and add two tbsp salt to the boiling water. Drain them and keep aside. Step 2: Heat oil in a skillet, add rosemary, 1/2 tsp salt, potato and pepper, and then toss well. Step 3: Cut the strips of bacon and wrap over each potato bite, then secure with a toothpick. Step 4: Place the potatoes on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil and cook in the preheated oven until the bacon is cooked through and crisp. Step 5: In a bowl, add sour cream and hot sauce, then mix well. Step 6: Season with salt and pepper, and then finally, serve the potato bites with the dip.
