Listen up low carbers! There is now a bacon vending machine at the Ohio State University College of Food, Agricultural, and Environmental Sciences. Instead of offering sugary junk food like an ordinary vending machine, this new, automated dispenser of ready-to-eat deliciousness is full of fatty, yummy pieces of heaven in the shape of bacon strips and bacon bits. If only every college campus was so keto-friendly.
Fox 45: Bringing home the bacon just got easier with the vending machine at Ohio StateThe money made from the machine will go to the meat science program. The bacon was donated by pork producers Hormel, Sugardale, and Smithfield. The President-Elect Dave Shoup of the Ohio Pork Council dishes on the comment-worthy machine:
The Bacon Vending Machine is a unique and fun way for the Ohio Pork Council to support Ohio State students and promote the pork industry at the same time.
Let's hope bacon vending machines will be available to the masses in the near future so we can all enjoy some satisfying deliciousness on the go!
