Apple Halwa

- 1 tablespoon clarified butter (ghee)
- 11/2 cups grated apples
- 1/4 cup grated mava (khoya)
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup condense milk
- 1/4 cup chopped dry fruits of your choice
Method:
- Heat the ghee in a broad pan, add the apples and cook on a medium flame for 5-7 minutes, while stirring continuously.
- Add the mava, mix well and cook on a medium flame for another 5 minutes, while stirring continuously.
- Add the milk and simmer for 5 minutes, while stirring twice in between.
- Add the condense milk and dry fruits, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 7 to 10 minutes or till all the moisture evaporates, while stirring continuously.
- Serve hot or cold.
