Appelles : Blackseed Shampoo & Tamanu Conditioner

By Balmainbeauty @BalmainBeauty
Over the past 3+ month's I've stopped buying animal tested product's so I've been looking for cruelty free shampoo's and conditioner's. I finally found two such item's from Appelles.
I was actually going through beauty box subscription's recently to replace used product's and put new one's in my bathroom. I wasn't aware Appelles were cruelty free. Both product's come in a good sample size and smell of fresh herb's, which is pleasing to my nose. More about Appelles here.
Appelles is a premium Australian cruelty free and certified organic essential oil's brand, also Australian designed and owned. Appelles make a skincare line too so I'm going to check it out soon.
I'd heard of the Appelles brand before but I thought it was pronounced Ahpells and I thought it was a French company. Appelles is pronounced Ah-Peh-Less which is easy to remember and pronounce.
Appelles : Blackseed Shampoo & Tamanu ConditionerBlackseed Shampoo with Rosemary, Ylang Ylang and Lavandin SuperAppelles : Blackseed Shampoo & Tamanu ConditionerFirstly, the packaging has an old fashion apothecary and secondly, I've not tried either yet but I like the scent of herb's. I smell Pepper, Rosemary and Lavender, it smell's calming. I'm looking forward to try these for the first time tomorrow and will review further once I empty the 60ml bottle's.
Tamanu Conditioner with Rosemary, Ylang Ylang and Lavandin SuperAppelles : Blackseed Shampoo & Tamanu ConditionerThe Conditioner is a white cream and it feel's soft on my hand. I also like the calming fresh fragrance which is the same ingredient's as the shampoo.
I'm really looking forward to using these product's in the shower tomorrow. If you've been following my blog for a while you may recall that I've mentioned numerous times I have a sensitive scalp. I don't anticipate my scalp is going to react to these product's in a bad way.
I'm pleased to have discovered cruelty free haircare because I've definitely found it impossible to buy cruelty free hair product's from local supermarket's. I don't mind paying more if product's are cruelty free because that's important to me so I'm really hoping after a few uses the product's work well for me and I'll definitely let you know once I've used them a few time's.
Have you tried Appelles skincare or haircare before?
