So I've got some news for you all today. I've realized that 2013 has been one of the most life changing years for me. It has been filled with quite a few sad and tragic events, but from the sadness I've grown stronger. It has also been filled with new beginnings, new love, new experiences, and a new outlook on life. I have decided to take control of my life and do something very special for myself, something that I have wanted to do for a very long time, even before this little old blog got started...
That's right I'm going to school to become a licensed nail tech!! :)
Nails have always been a passion of mine, I first fell in love when I was about 12 and my mom started painting my nails. Back then it was all pinks and reds and I loved them all! I lost sight of my dream through some of my teenage years where stress and the need to spend all of my time elsewhere took their toll and I began to bite my nails. My biting habit got very bad until I rediscovered my love for nail polish. It all started with me painting my nails just so I wouldn't bite them and it slowly turned into an obsession and well, here we are now. ;)
And now, because I think a post without pictures isn't very fun here's a cool little then and now. Sometimes I like to look back at the beginnings of this blog to see just how far I've come. :)

I've come so far and know there is so much farther to go! I can't wait to see where this blog is going to go. But it would be no where without you guys, I can't even begin to explain how happy I am to be a part of this nail polish community. You guys make me want to challenge myself and bring you great nail designs! So thank you all from the very bottom of my heart!Thanks for listening to my rant ;) I can't wait to see what lies in my future, and you better believe it will involve nail polish!But don't worry, just because I'm going back to school doesn't mean this blog will be forgotten!
