Well so far it's all quiet on the Typepad front this morning, so fingers crossed. And my day began with excellent news - the feisty Ms. Anna Raccoon is back after her final bout of anti-cancer treatment - humbugs and poltroons of the world watch out! And as good news always comes in threes - er, it does, doesn't it? - I have excellent news from my giant shopping trip of yesterday. With supreme cunning I managed to spend more money on me than the 'Memsahib' managed to spend on herself. I'm thinking this deserves a letter to The Times! I bought a new, super-de-luxe, all-singing, all-dancing, spinning, inflating, up 'n' down office-chair to place in front of my computer so that finally I can rid myself of the creaking, groaning, hard-as-flint torture bench I have used for the past zillion years. Actually, I didn't buy it because it is a combined gift from the 'Memsahib' and 'SoD' for my birthday, due shortly - don't worry I'll let you know when and where to send your contributions! There is only one slight drawback, apparently I have to assemble the damn thing - yeeeeeeeees quite! The drawback from your point of is that my future blog posts might well be in excess of War and Peace. Things to do this morning but I shall return later - Typepad permitting!
