Hey everyone. Seems this week was dedicated to Bollywood beauties on the blog. Not intentionally though. I had been meaning to do the Cannes inspired makeup looks, but they kept getting delayed. Aishwarya took my breath away this year at the Cannes red carpet. She looked exceptionally beautiful fresh and mesmerizing. Her red lipstick was and is the talk of the town (well an imaginary town, where all thats been talked about is makeup). Jokes apart, her lipstick looked sensational as did she.
So here is my makeup look inspired by the pretty damsel.
It was surprisingly easy to recreate the look. How I wish it were this easy to look half as beautiful as she does. I remember telling my friend years ago that Ash is so freaking beautiful that you cant even be envious of her. Here is a look at her. And then you will have to look at my take on her.
Eye Makeup
For recreating her her eye makeup, I applied the eyeshadow base and then added NYX jumbo pencil in MILK to the lid area and then I applied a shimmery beige eyeshadow on the lid area and also in the inner corner and one third of the lower lashline. I have used NYX PARDON MY FRENCH palette for the shimmery beige shade. I have used the middle color in the first row.

For the crease I used a soft coral eyeshadow to create a soft crease an blended it with a fluffy blending brush.
Next I applied a matte beige eyeshadow as the highlight shade.
I applied black gel eye liner and winged it slightly and I also lined the lower lashine. Curled y lashes and then applied one coat of mascara and added some false eye lashes.
For the face makeup:
I applied Revlon Nearly Naked Foundation and then I took a foundation two shades darker and did some contouring using them.
For the bronzer I used Physician’s formula bronze booster. The highlighter I have used s from Tarte Holiday collection.
For the blush I have used E.L.F. blush/contour duo blush.
The lipstick I have mixed two lipsticks to get this color.
