So alas the sun has been strong these last few weeks and despite using sunscreen, I got a little more sun than I wanted. I love being outside in the garden and sometimes get a little carried away. I don't love sunscreen and do make sure I used one with a very low risk/harm score on the
Environmental Working Group. This past week I have needed a little "after sun" help for my skin. This recipe worked well at cooling down my skin, keeping away the redness and helping restore its cells.
