A New Take on Sunday Dinners.

I love Sunday dinners. I always find that Sunday Dinner becomes such a special time for family to get together around the table to relax and recharge before the next week begins.

Traditionally, Sunday Dinners are big meals consisting of roasted meats, mashed potatoes, stuffing, hearty veggies and other super filling accoutrement. With the warmer months sneaking their way in and replacing that god-awful Polar Vortex, who wants the stuffy and heavy menu of roasted beef, mashed potatoes, stuffing, stewed veggies and other ultra-filling dishes.

For those of us who are finding fun in trying new things, and who desire to keep the practice of Sunday Dinner alive and well,  I’ve collected a bunch of delicious and filling dishes that will spice up this traditional meal, and keep you and yours smiling Sunday after Sunday. Enjoy, and share with your friends!!
