We ran a quick loop through Canyon Meadows and back - chatting the whole way. We ran continuously except for one lengthy stop at a light. And the gathering clouds spent the whole run spitting at us and threatening doom, destruction and a good soaking if we didn't hurry our butts up.
Conversation must have been good - I failed to take a single photo the entire time...so y'all just get some Nike + crap to look at today :)
Tomorrow...we do hills :D
