If your following my 30 Day Squat Challenge, you will know that I originally planned it for Feb. But after coming unwell, I managed to lose track of my days and took to many rest days, so I started the challenge again. I am now on day 10, (Only 20 more to go), and I am at 105 squats. The challenge takes you up to 250, and to be honest, I am wondering how I am going to fit 250 squats in to one day, (This is the lazy me talking).
Today I incorporated my squats in to my gym session, (With added weight), but up until now I have been waiting until just before bed time to do my squats. I think it is due to laziness, as well as forgetting to do them until the evening. However, now the squat numbers are rising, I think I may have to split them up through my day. Half in the morning and then again in the evening, and if necessary I may even do some lunchtime squatting, (Not sure what my colleagues will make of this).
I often Tweet randomly about this challenge (@beautybykaris), and the other day I had a reply from someone who has previously completed this challenge, saying that she definitely noticed a difference from doing it. I haven’t taken any before and after pictures, as to be honest, I am just not that comfortable taking pictures half-naked of myself, (Even if it is for progress purposes) but I’m sure I will be able to tell if my bums looking more toned, (Hopefully bigger), but her words have definitely motivated me.
