Hey there,
Ok, so it’s not like we have some crazy hot summers over here in the UK, I mean people don’t come to Britain for a beach holiday, they are packing an anorak and umbrella, (Maybe wellies too)! Don’t get me wrong, I do love my summers (Even living in England), but Autumn has got to be one of my favorite seasons, and here’s a few reasons why!
1. I no longer need to starve myself to try get that bikini body…
The pressure comes off! Now I get to layer up, and eat.
2. The short shorts get put away for another year…
That’s right, the bums are safely hidden in jeans now!
3. The countdown to Christmas begins…
The shops are already getting kitted out and its not even October.
(I’m not sure if its 15 to be exact)
4. Knitted jumpers, and boots!
Autumn is my kinda fashion, layers, knits, comfort and cover ups.
5. It becomes compulsory to drink hot chocolate, (Probably in an Autumn Starbucks cup)!
6. Cosy nights in…
Or in other words, we now have an excuse for when we cba to socialise!
7. Less of the bright summery colours!
Finally it’s all about black, gray and berry tones, maybe even a little camel and khaki!
8. I can go on Facebook, and not see a timeline full of holiday and bikini pictures…
Not jealous one bit…
9. Less of the wardrobe ‘I have nothing to wear tantrums’.
No one knows if you wear the same outfit twice, (Just chuck a different scarf on).
10. All of the above, and all of the below!
