10 Easy Steps for Freshers to Find Jobs

jobI feel personally very bad when someone my friend say that I am not getting any job. This is not due to there is no vacancies but due to they don’t know what are the requirements and how to approach for Job. Getting Job is an art some people get it with less very less affords and time and many wait for long time and wait for any reference. One of my friends went Mumbai after graduation to find job. He stopped talking with us after a long time because he was not getting job. This is very serious anxiety situations in life when we don’t get job after education. There are very less people working on this and there is very less NGOs or students help organization which are philanthropic attention on this matter.

One of my friends who have completed B.Tech from computer science Near Faridabad, New Delhi/NCR was looking for a job. He was searching for a long time but not getting any opportunity in any company even he did an extra training from an institute. I am sharing you some ideas which I suggested to him and I suggest to everyone. This is my personal ideas but it will work great.

  1. Communication: whatever you are studying must join an communication classes. Today English is global language so to get job in 80% companies you must known English written and spoken. If you start you can learn.
  2. Find any senior or friend on Facebook, Twitter, colleges, and relatives who is working in your field. Try to know requirements and ways to enter in this field. They will guide you more than you study in last 4 years.
  3. If you don’t find any seniors all friends just went to Linkedin.com add people in your friend list who is working in your field. Check their profile, read technical skills, experience, Role and technology. Work on their skills, role, technology it will help you to understand requirement for the job you are searching.
  4. Google: this is the best technology today for everyone. It will help you to find out all information you want to know. Make it you best friend and don’t stop searching. Any things you want to know about your subject you can learn easily.
  5. Naukri.com: This is India’s biggest portal to find job. Here you can upload you C.V to find job. You can also use this to find companies who are looking for candidates like you. Read all companies requirement or GD carefully and if you miss any technology or skill work out and then apply for job. If you understand company’s skills requirements you can find your job quickly.
  6. Resume: Making it cool is an art. You should make it very simple and readable. Highlight all your skills on the first page of resume. On second page put your projects, extracurricular activities, on next page your education, personal details. Skills on first page should not more than what you know. Only put what you know and company requirements for particular Job.
  7. Some companies don’t post requirements on Naukri.com so you can find companies according to your skills on google and directly on their website you submit your resume.
  8. Don’t stop giving interviews because it will help you to understand companies requirements and your preparation on it. And don’t take it more seriously if you don’t get selected because a batter job is ahead.
  9. Always update your resume and skills. Believe in yourself and keep trying and learning.
  10. Take any coaching and classes if you think it is necessary to lean to get this Job and don’t give attention on someone bad words regarding your career. Don’t lose focus on study!!
