(1) 今天早上我六点钟起床,然后就去跑步了。Jīntiān zǎoshang wǒ liù diǎn zhōng qǐchuáng, ránhòu jiù qù pǎobùle.
This morning I got up at six and then went running.
(2) 周一她去面试过,但是没成功。Zhōuyī tā qù miànshìguò, dànshì mò chénggōng.
She went for an interview on Monday, but was not successful.
(3) 上周四是我的生日派对。很多朋友都来了。那天,我特别开心。Shàng zhōu sì shì wǒ de shēngrì pàiduì. Hěnduō péngyǒu dōu láile. Nèitiān, wǒ tèbié kāixīn.
Last Thursday was my birthday party. Many friends came and I was very happy.
(4)昨天,老妈给我做饺子来着。我全吃光了!好好吃啊!Zuótiān, lǎo mā gěi wǒ zuò jiǎozi láizhe. Wǒ quán chī guāngle! Hǎo hào chī a!
Yesterday, my mother made dumplings for me to eat. I ate them all. Very delicious!
