Weightloss Wednesday Week 6,7,8!

Hellooo shimmers,
I have missed a few weeks of weightloss Wednesday posts! I have just been so busy that I haven't had time to write ant posts.
The last few weeks I have been trying out some exercises at home rather than going to gym classes and I have been noticing a difference. These are some of the exercises I have been trying.
standing absI do this for 45 mins 3 times a week
Weightloss Wednesday week 6,7,8!I do two or three of these after my weight exercises (above)
Weightloss Wednesday week 6,7,8!Then I do this every other day.
As much as I would like you to think that I do these religiously everyday I do miss a few days here and there and give myself Sunday off.Doing it at home means I can have my music blasting and just do it to my own pace and I am really feeling they are making a difference especially to my arms and thighs so I am super pleased with that.Hope you are all doing well and I love reading your posts.
