The Best Places To Find New Workouts

You've got 10 minutes to work a sweat in your hotel room. You just finished your goal race and need a new, long-term workout program. You decided it about time you start strength training. Where you can you get the perfect workout to fit all your fitness needs? I've got you, boo. Whether you need a one-and-done workout or a kick-ass three-month program, these are the best places to find new workouts.

The Best Places To Find New Workouts

If you want a quick-fix

POPSUGAR - This site is filled with quick workouts in both video and written form. Many are bodyweight-based, making them ideal for traveling or when you don't have time to wrangle equipment. This Cardio & Core Circuit and this Total Body Tabata are both under 10 minutes. Oh, and they're free!

If you want a new program

Beachbody On Demand - If you're looking for a full blown workout plan, this is the place to find it. There are HIIT based workouts ( Insanity, anyone?), strength-based workouts (you can't go wrong with p90x), dancing workouts ( Country Heat is a blast), boxing workouts ( Core de Force is killer) and more! There really is a workout program for everyone on this site, and most (if not all) of them also come with nutrition plans. While it's not free, they have a deal running right now where you can get access to every single workout for $99 (affiliate link).

If you want to lift something

BodyBuilding.com - When you're in the mood to hit the weights, this site has a ton of workouts and strength-based plans for whatever your goals are. A lot of plans even come with printable workout trackers. The workouts are free, and you can also buy all the supplements you need to help with the nutrition side of your training.

If you want to HIIT something

Pinterest - Simply search "HIIT workout" on Pinterest, and you'll be hit (pun intended) with a bazillion workouts. You'll find long workouts, short workouts, total body workouts, targeted workouts and many many more. All are free and many will probably lead you to another resource where you can find more workouts, like fun fitness blogs (HI!).

If you want some Yoga

Youtube - You don't have to go to a fancy yoga studio to get your ohm on. A lot of yoga instructors are now instructing virtually via Youtube. Just search for the type of yoga you want, like " Yoga for Runners" or " Morning Yoga," and you'll find what you need. Yoga With Adriene is one of my favorites.

Another great resource? Fitness bloggers, of course! Check out the Wild Workout Wednesday Link Up to find some awesome peeps who are always posting new workouts, and if you're a blogger, add your own! ( Full linkup rules here.)
