Alright, my little cheerleaders, let's dive right in.
Back in January, I was invited to attend a special fashion preview event for FAM BRANDS (the company that owns , , and a few other fit & fashionable brands) where I got a sneak peek at everything coming out for their spring/summer collection. I was in Fit & Fashionable heaven!
Fortunately for me, at the end of the event, I got to pick two pieces to receive come spring time. Wellllll, spring time has arrived and so have my new clothes - and I'm in love. Let's take a look at my picks!
I went with these capris for two reasons. One, I have another pair of Marika capris and they are one of the most comfortable pairs I own, and two, the Shadows Within Black pattern is killer (they also come in other colors/patterns). I'm happy to report that these are just as comfortable, if not more so, than my other pair of Marikas. They're flattering and functional, with a waistband pocket for stashing all the things and a reflective trim. I decided to test them out during a yoga class and again during a long run. They stayed put during both workouts - no slippage - no annoying anything. 5 stars for these capris.
I am OBSESSED with this bra. I put it to the test in both yoga and CrossFit, and it's stellar. It was incredibly comfortable and kept the ladies perfectly in place while still being chic and edgy (and moisture-wicking!). I adore the mesh overlay and the strappy back; I would totally wear this outside the gym. Actually, I already have! I put on a top with a low back and had a nice little Starbucks date with Will last weekend. Wins for feeling cute at Starbucks!
