I’m a huge fan of nut butter. So much so that I actually don’t usually keep it in the house because I will eat it all. In one sitting. Yea… I’m that kind of fan.

Well, after my coconut butter fail, I decided I had to redeem myself. I remembered back at the Blend Retreat when I got to try all the amazing Justin’s Nut Butter flavors. I fell in love with the Maple Almond Butter and the Vanilla Almond butter, so when redemption time came, I thought, why not combine both of those flavors into one nut butter!

And just like that Maple Vanilla Almond Butter was formed.

I have to say, this stuff is so gosh darn delicious. I mean… maple… vanilla… nut butter. It doesn’t get much better than that.

Nut butter really is the easiest thing to make. You only need three ingredients for this one: roasted almonds, pure maple syrup and pure vanilla extract. Throw it all in a food processor and let the machine do it’s thing. A few minutes later, you’ll have thick and creamy, crazy tasty nut butter to spread on toast, add into a smoothie, mix into oatmeal or devour by the spoonful.

NOM to the max.

This Maple Vanilla Almond Butter looks like the most delicious nut butter in the world!
