Parasites are living organisms which thrive and feed on a host organism. They basically take and use the host organism`s nutrients, which in turn harms the host itself.  They are able to take on many different forms and have the ability to thrive throughout the body. However, they mostly live within the human intestines.

Sugar, and everything that converts to sugar, is the favorite food of parasites. Therefore, you are likely to experience sugar cravings when you have parasites living in your intestines.  When eating a lot of sugary ingredients to stave off the craving, you are actually contributing to the creation of perfect conditions for parasites to thrive. Namely, this accumulates excess mucus in the body, which is an ideal base for bacteria and fungus to reproduce and multiply.

Probably the best way to starve the parasites is to practice healthy fasting and to use cleansing strategies. This can be achieved by eliminating as much grains and sugar as possible from your diet. You will be amazed by the positive effects and the level of energy that this parasites “removal” brings.

2-INGREDIENT RECIPE TO ELIMINATE PARASITES

Ingredients:

  • 100 grams of linseed
  • 10 grams of dried cloves

Instructions:

Simply, grind the ingredients in some kind of grinder.  Grind the ingredients until you get a powder form.

Use:

You should take two tablespoons of this powder every morning, over the course of three days. You can add it to your breakfast, or drink it along with warm filtered water. Take a three-day break after three days of consuming it, and then start all over again. This recipe should be consumed for about a month.

It is recommended to repeat this cleansing strategy couple of times annually, in order to keep parasites at bay!
