No matter how early I set my alarm clock, it seems as though I'm always rushing to get ready in the morning with barely any time to have a cup of coffee- let alone make breakfast before heading out the door for work. I usually end up grabbing a granola bar or having a quick bowl of cereal, leaving me hungry and my stomach growling way before lunch.
I've always been a fan of coconut water, especially in the summer or after an intense workout, but I've never thought to have it for breakfast. I've recently come across recipes from ZICO Coconut Water, which are quick and easy to make that are perfect for my busy mornings and keep me full.
If there's any excuse to have chocolate other than dessert, count me in. ZICO Chocolate-Banana Overnight Oats
is an overnight oats recipe that is easy, delicious and guilt-free!
