Quick and Easy Veggie Turkey Burgers
1 pound lean ground turkey
1 packet Knorr Spring Garden/Veggie Dip
A little bit of water
Salt to taste
In a bowl mix the Knorr packet with some water to moisten. Let the veggies rehydrate for about 15 minutes in the water. Spoon mixture into the bowl of turkey — making sure you drain most of the water out of the dip before putting it in with the meat.
Form into burgers! Cook on the grill (or… if your grill is broken like mine, cook on the stove and spray your pan with non-stick spray) Medium high about 8 minutes per side.
