Lately we’ve been pigging out – on brussel sprouts. Whoever said they were the epitome of icky green vegetables probably tried to eat them raw, because they are THE BOMB. Crispy, salty and with great texture, I could easily eat these anytime. Case in point – this recipe I spotted in the latest issue of Real Simple. Add a little butter, garlic, salt and pepper, oil, bread crumbs and lemon juice and you’ve got a hot Thanksgiving side dish in the making!
