Certainly an interesting list, and clearly Flower Beauty has been of great interest this year! I couldn’t agree more with the interest, as I think it has to be one of the best all-around brands, not to mention the best new brand, in 2013! J And, I have since discovered that they are not only cruelty-free, but Vegan as well!!! As for Stila, they have sadly dropped off the cruelty-free list, which kind of breaks my heart. I guess you can’t win them all.
