I Have decided to start planning to write my first Book. I will be starting in November when NaNoWriMo’s National Novel Writing month starts!

About: National Novel Writing Month is a fun, seat-of-your-pants approach to novel-writing. Participants begin writing on November 1. The goal is to write a 50,000-word (approximately 175-page) novel by 11:59:59 PM on November 30.

Valuing enthusiasm and perseverance over painstaking craft, NaNoWriMo is a novel-writing program for everyone who has thought fleetingly about writing a novel but has been scared away by the time and effort involved.

As you spend November writing, you can draw comfort from the fact that, all around the world, other National Novel Writing Month participants are going through the same joys and sorrows of producing the Great Frantic Novel. Wrimos meet throughout the month to offer encouragement, commiseration, and—when the thing is done—the kind of raucous celebrations that tend to frighten animals and small children.

In 2011, we had 256,618 participants and 36,843 of them crossed the 50K finish line by the midnight deadline, entering into the annals of NaNoWriMo superstardom forever. They started the month as auto mechanics, out-of-work actors, and middle school English teachers. They walked away novelists.

I also decided to participate in Camp NaNoWriMo Starting The 1ST of April and I cant wait to start Writing!  I Will Probably be Writing my Memoir, However that idea is not set in stone right now. I am still considering other ideas.

What: Writing a novel from scratch in one month’s time.

Who: You! (And about 20,000 other novelists around the world.) Let’s write some perhaps-awful, but definitely lengthy, prose together.

Why: The reasons are endless! To actively participate in one of our era’s most enchanting art forms! To write without having to obsess over quality. To be able to make obscure references to passages from our novels at parties.

When: You can sign up anytime to add your name to the roster. Writing begins at 12:00 AM on April 1, and again on July 1. To be added to the official list of winners, you must reach your word-count goal by 11:59 PM on the last day of the month. Once your novel has been verified by our web-based team of robotic word counters, the partying begins.

I found NanoWriMo thanks to reading some of my followers posts and by reading posts by people I follow. I Hope to find some cabin mates and to connect with other writers with some of the same interests as me! I really think I will be able to do great as long as I stay motivated and meet some fellow bloggers and writers who can bounce around ideas with each other and keep one another inspired and grounded!

If you plan on writing a novel in November when NaNoWriMo starts let me know so we can maybe partner up and not be in this thing alone! If you are going to participate in Camp NaNoWriMo Also let me know so I can find some cabin mates and so maybe we can group up! Finding Cabin mates and a partner I was told is very important so that’s what I am currently trying to do.  I Wish everyone who is participating and writing a Novel the best of luck and I hope all of your aspirations and goals come true!

( Don’t forget to Donate to NaNoWriMo) to Sponsor there Young Writers program If you can afford it and find it to be an incredible chance to give back to other young writers and help theme on their way to become sensational best-selling authors!  They are the future writing generation and we must do what we can to support the cause! Even if 5$ is all you can afford it would help tremendously!

I Have done quite a bit of research into NaNoWriMo and realized it was for me! If you find the above information interesting or if you are planning to write a book or novel this year or if you Plan to Write anything I Highly recommend visiting there website and reading what everything is about and deciding whether or not it’s something you want to get involved in!
