World tourism day is celebrated on sep 27 every year .Every year UNWTO specifies a theme this year theme was “linking culture”.So the fest begins with a quiz .we invited some school students to our university and conducted a tourism quiz program,its like a eye opener for them because most of them don’t no whether there is a dept for Tourism studies .School kids have done a wonderful job full participation and we enjoyed it and on the same day night my friend worked a lot made tableau fully hand made .On 27 morning Tourism day we had guest lecture on linking culture topic and evening we had a cultural walk in the beach .Since india has lots of states each one have their own tradition and culture so some of my class mates dressed up according to state wise and made a ramp walk show .At 6.30 cultural program ,I enjoyed a lot through out the whole day and it was a memorable event ,here take a look at the pics .Interesting thing is the logo design is done on salt
