Have been working on my peer review for my Linguistics paper for the last few days. It has to be done by March 12, otherwise it won’t be published. I had two reviewers – one was a female and the other was a male. The female was pretty easy, but the male was pretty hard-ass, just as you might expect. There are 149 references in the paper and it runs to 71 pages!
The paper is going to get through review one way or another, by hook or by crook, as my mentor on this project told me he is going to get it through one way or another even if he has to take a heavy ax to it. Anyway, that is why there have been few posts lately.
