Yesterday was a lazy Sunday, to be honest I have caught a bloody cold and couldn't pluck up enough energy/motivation to go out and get some fresh air. So all I have spent doing today is on and off napping, reading the book 'Fault in our stars' & writing. Today I compiled a list of things I have been wanting for a while - I thought I would share my favourites with you.
I have been lusting over so many things, inspiration has hit home hard this month after seeing fashion week and all the street snaps. So this is everything I have decided I need on my rack right now. No 1 thing on my list is the long trench coat from Zara - this may have to be a try before I buy because of the length no doubt it will be great quality, I mean for £99 it should be. Browsing through Zara I decided that I 'need' (note the inverted commas) a basic striped tee.. It kind of just screams "hey I'm a casual tee but extremely chic and on trend" I have been on the hunt for a long sleeved striped tee for a while so I think I might just have to buy it. The next must for my wardrobe is a pair of leather trousers I think these should already be lurking on my rack.. Matalan isn't the in/really cool shop but if your a UK resident I urge you to take a sneak peak and you might find some treasures. I popped in there the other day and found some great pieces. One thing I regret not buying is the skirt above, for £10 it would be rude not to go back & purchase. The next item is a dainty St. Christopher's necklace from Winchester Cathedral. Although not a devoted Catholic I enjoy the belief and passion shared mutually within every religion, The symbolism behind the St. Christopher's necklace "protection throughout your travels" is really something special. Last but not least is my favorite of all items, Having annoyed everyone around me talking about the new re-launched Stan Smiths I am truly gutted I can't get my hands on a pair yet as they are sold out EVERYWHERE - This really upsets me as I want them now before they become too mainstream again and dare I say it look 'Chavy' I love the clean lines of the trainer and the simpleness of them, Basics are my thing at the minute, minimalist and simplistic - easy outfits which ooze trend.
