I have to admit there is something about high end beauty products that gets my heart pounding, the luxurious packaging, the good quality, plus there is just something about using expensive products that makes you feel a little special. For me though, especially now little one is on her way there is a line I have to draw where some products I can not justify splurging on. So I thought I would put together a little wish list of some items that I will continuously lust over until I win the lottery or if a very generous friend of family member would like to treat me too. ;)
Starting with skincare the brand Sunday Riley has been on my radar for a little while. Two items that I really would like to try from the range is the Good Genes Serum and Mask (£85) which like it says is a serum that can also be used as a mask for more of an intense treatment. This has lactic acid in which helps even out the skintone and help with signs of aging.
The second product from Sunday Riley is the Artemis Hydroactive Cellular Face Oil (£98) which helps balance combination skin, give a radiance boost and nourish the skin. I love facial oils and this sounds like it would do wonders to my skin.
The last skincare item is the Sisley Black Rose Cream Mask. (£95.50) This is a hydrating mask that plumps and brightens the skin plus it smells of roses. A win, win for me.
The next item is a combination of skincare and make up. The By Terry Hyaluronic Hydra Primer (£42) is a mattifying primer that also helps improve the texture of your skin. This is no where near as expensive as the last few items but still a little pricey. Everything about this does sound promising though.
Tom Ford is up there when it comes to high end beauty products and being a lover of eyeshadow palettes I of course have been swooning over the Tom Ford Eye Colour Quads. (£63) There is several that have caught my eye but I think Nude Dip is my favorite.
Talking of palettes the Hourglass Ambient Lighting Palette (£56) is something that has caught my eye after seeing many bloggers rave about it. It is a face palette containing three face powders that makes the skin look brighter and diffuses any imperfection.
I think most people reading this will either have or want the Lorac Pro Palette. (£52.95) This is quite difficult to get hold of in the UK, probably the thing the makes me want it more but I have found a few on amazon. This is neutral eyeshadow lovers dream palette, it is full of matte and shimmer shades.
Last but not least is the Charlotte Tilbury Film Star Bronze & Glow, (£49) a gorgeous bronze and highlight duo. I have heard so many good things about this and the packaging just shouts luxury. There isn't a day where I don't where bronzer so I think this would get a lot of use.
As you can see I have pretty expensive taste and you never know I might be lucky enough to give these products a go one day.
Are there any beauty items on your wishlist that are out of your price range? Have you tried any of these products before, are they worth the splurge?
