Winter Travels: Zanesville

I started my winter break off right with a short visit to my grandmother in Zanesville, Ohio. Now, contrary to popular belief, there are no lions or tigers or bears running around... a terribly tragic story if you ask me. It's always fun for me to go and visit the places that my parents grew up. I love revisiting family history and seeing my parents' stomping grounds firsthand. Some of the highlights of my trip were visiting the first house that my dad ever owned, driving past the farm where he grew up, and of course, digging through my grandmother's attic to find family treasure!
