Why You Need Inline Hockey Skates

If you play roller hockey then you need inline hockey skates, rather than recreational, aggressive or speed inline skates. Inline hockey skates were created for use in a skating rink, and are not recommended for use outdoors. They are constructed from leather and have support for ankles, while also allowing for flexibility.

Roller hockey skates are also designed to enhance a player’s speed and agility, therefore increasing their performance level. Today, many of the manufacturer’s of ice hockey skates are now designing skates for inline hockey.

Some of the major manufacturers are: Bauer, Mission, and Koho. It is important to wear inline hockey skates while playing roller hockey so that you have the proper support and protection.
