Whitwell Festival of Music

Whitwell Festival of Music is a small village festival, now in its 6th year, happening in and around the Community Centre, Whitwell which is in north Derbyshire, S80 4QR. The 2014 festival will take place on 5/6/7 September.
Bands so far confirmed include: Doctor and the Medics, Dirtbox Disco, James Warner Prophecies, I Set The Sea On Fire, Sons of El Roacho, Black Thorn, N’Ukes, Pat Cunningham and lots more to be announced.
The festival offers 2 stages, indoor and outdoor, real ales, caterers, craft stalls, workshops and open mic opportunities.
Camping is available on a basic site 2 minutes walk from the main festival.
The festival is organised and run by volunteers, and proceeds from ticket sales are donated to local community groups.
Tickets will be on sale soon through our website. Weekend tickets with camping will be £20. Saturday-only tickets will be £10.
