What to Wear ❤ Valentine's Day Edition

Whether you are single, in a relationship, or hitched- Valentine's Day is a day that everyone  should celebrate to some extent. Of course I think you should tell your loved ones how much  you care about them everyday of the year, yet life gets the best of all of us. Use this day as a day  to take an extra step in showing your loved ones just how much you care. Some of you may  be spending your V-Day watching chick flicks with girlfriends, going to fancy dinners, or  heading to your local wine bar for some celebrating- yet regardless of your plans, your outfit  of choice will be an integral part (as it always should be). For me, I love dressing the part, yet  I never take it to literally. By this I mean there is no need for a head to toe pink ensemble, nor  a shirt adorned with hearts. Have fun with your outfit, tie in the holiday, but remember  that less is more. Here is a fun idea for a perfect Valentine's day outfit that will be  sure to turn heads & hopefully inspire all of you. Happy Valentine's day!

- Wax jeans are all the rage, and I think they are perfect for Valentine's day. They are fun  and add a little edge to your pink details & girly accents.
- With such edgy pants, tone down your outfit with a plain white silk blouse with a good fit.
- Have fun with shoes. Shoes are a great way to tie in the holiday. A pair of hot pink  suede wedges is a great compliment & will add some fun to your look.
- Of course you are going to want to tie your shoes in somehow, and what better way to  do so then by adding a flirty floral print scarf. Floral prints are all the rage, and will help  keep you warm when heading out at night. 
- Accessories are the best way to add flair to your look. Something as simple as a brown  leather belt with a heart accent is an adorable way to join in on the holiday festivities  without being too flashy.
- When it comes to jewelry, aim for a more dainty look. Some thin stacked rings are sweet  and subtle. Layer a few simple yet fun bracelets for some added wrist candy. If you are lucky  you will have a beautiful Cartier love bracelet to wear on this special day, if not- what better  a gift to ask for.
- Don't leave your nails out. A light pink nail polish with gold sparkles is simple yet charming  at the same time.  ♡
