What is it about us woman that like to nose into other peoples handbags? It probably sounds a bit weird to some people but I love reading and watching 'What's in my handbag' posts like this so thought I would do one myself. I'm pretty sure I have done one of these a few years back but that was a long time ago.I am currently using this black bag from Primark that I got for my birthday in February. It was a bargain at £10 but I think it looks like a much more higher end bag.
It is very structured and has two compartments, the main larger part does up with a zip and the front pocket is secured with poppers.
This for me is the perfect size to fit everything I need in without being too big and bulky.
I was surprised when I pulled everything out that I only had two lip products in there. I always have a Blistex medi plus lip balm hanging around and the current lipstick I have is the Nars Satin Lip Pencil Descanso.
A pair of sunglasses is always essential, mainly for when I am driving as this time of year the sun drives me crazy. The ones I have are just a cheap pair from H&M that I got this time last year. I am currently eyeing up a new pair from Boots at the moment.
I of course have my car keys in there and my purse. This is also a new item that I got for my birthday, its from Accessorize and its the perfect size to fit everything in.
There is also the essentials like an umbrella, this one is from Primark, a pen which is from Paperchase and some tissues.
I have a pot of chewable gaviscon because as any pregnant woman will know you can't go far without it just in case. Pregnancy heart burn is the worst.
In case I need to top up my perfume at anytime I currently have Ralph Perfume from Ralph Lauren. This is a gorgeous citrus but sweet spring/summer scent. It is perfect for freshening up during the day.
Lastly I have a magazine in there, this one is a freebie wedding magazine I picked up in Morrisons. I always like to carry around something to read just in case I get stuck somewhere and need entertaining.
