Buying a house is one of the most stressful things you can do.
Finding a great Conveyancing Solicitor to deal with things for you and to avoid any problems such as Surveyors negligence or broken contractual agreements can save a lot of stress and heartache.
But what happens if you have bought a house and then come across a problem? There are solicitors out there that can help you and, if you feel the Surveyor or Valuer has made a mistake you can make a claim against them.
