Let’s start with breakfast! As they say, breakfast is the most important meal of the day and you should always have a big and healthy breakfast to get your engines going.

Today, I’m going to teach you how to make this dish for your big breakfast: The Yogurt Breakfast Bowl!

This is a very versatile dish where ingredients are interchangeable.

Basically you’ll need:

  • Yogurt

There’s no solid statement that you have to use either plain or flavored yogurt. As long as it’s yogurt, it’ll do.

  • Fruits

Strawberry, Cherry Tomatoes or even apple can be used for this step. As long as the fruits are washed and cut (if needed).

  • Nuts

This is optional.

  • Other ingredients

Cereal, Oats & Raisins are examples some other food items you can choose to add to your dish.

After you’ve prepared the ingredients, just mix them in and you are done! Simple and easy breakfast!

Next, it’s lunch time and we are making Crepes!

For this meal, it has slightly more steps then the first but at least by now you’ll have more energy to make it right?

Steps:

  1. Mix the flour, milk and egg in a large bowl. Be sure they are not lumpy before proceeding
  2. Add Vanilla & Sugar after the batter is mixed. Make sure the batter is thin like cream
  3. After the batter is mixed, heat up the oil in the pan.
  4. Once the pan is heated, lift the pan so that’s it’s not on the heat. Slap a ladle full of batter on the pan
  5. Spread the batter. Lay the pan on the heat after the batter is spread.
  6. Wait for a minute or two. Once the crepe is olden brown on one side, flip it. Wait for another minute or two till that side is also golden brown
  7. Repeat steps 4 - 6 till all the batter is used up
  8. Fill the crepes with fillings.
