What the Hell is “child neglect” anyway? What’s the definition of it? How do you even know when you are being the law? If I am a parent of a teenager, how the Hell do I know if whatever I am doing is “child neglect?”
Laws are not supposed to be vague. Vague laws are unconstitutional. The definition of a vague law is when you can’t even figure out how you might be breaking the law because they definition is so fuzzy.
What the Hell kind of law is “promoting the sexual performance of a child?” I agree that letting 16 and 17 year old girls pole dance at a strip joint in front of male strangers is pretty outrageous, but apparently they had their clothes on. If they have their clothes on, who cares what dance moves they are making?
So every time an underage teenage girl does any sort of sexy dance or sexy moves in front of you, you are “promoting the sexual performance of a child?” What if she walks around naked in front of you? What if she takes off her clothes and sits down to watch some TV at your place? Is that “promoting the sexual performance of a child?” What a stupid law. And those girls had all of their clothes on!
I realize this guy isn’t the greatest parent on Earth, but I am having a hard time figuring out how what he did was illegal, except for giving them dope.
What is “delivering a controlled substance to a child” anyway? If there’s a 16 year old kid over at my place, and he whips out some weed, starts smoking it and asks me if I want some, am I delivering a controlled substance to a child when I take a hit and give it back to him. Stupid law.
We have way too many stupid laws on the books. We probably ought to get rid of half the laws out there.
This guy shares custody of his girl with the Mom. Solution here is easy. Father gets no more custody of the girl. Girl has to go live with Mom. Problem solved.
