The first polish is from Illamsaqua which makes rather expensive polishes that are nice, but probably not as nice as the price tag would imply. The color is Charisma and it is beautiful!!! It's kind of an oxblood or wine with a touch of shimmer. It doesn't look shimmery though, it just kind of adds more life to the color. I really like this particular shade of burgundy because it is not so dark that it looks black in most light. It's truly stunning and I adore it! :)
The next color I both love and loathe. It's a really cool color from Essence called Chic Reloaded. It's a black pearl which is basically a black duo-chrome and I'm always a sucker for duo-chromes! I love that it flashes red, blue, green, purple and everything else imaginable in various light, but it kind of turns the black to a sooty gray in standard light. I don't really mind that too much, but I wish it were more black. The real problem with this polish is that it started chipping after about a day! I used my normal base and top coats, but the polish still chips. Oh well. I kind of feel like changing it already anyway! :) It is a pretty kick ass color though, just not very durable.
