Weekly Make Up Tag - Carnival

This weeks look is Carnival Make up which of course meant I dug out the ole faithful 88 Palette.

I wanted to use lots of color to show off the festival theme. I am not completely happy with the look but I like that I managed to make it look cheerful and bright. What do you think?
