Here's one of my favorite beauty tips. I do this every time I wash my hair to get the most soft and healthy hair. When you get out of the shower put 1-2 teaspoon (depending on how long and thick your hair is) oil in damp hair. Spread it evenly and then put in your hair products or whatever your routine is.
I use Ole Henriksen's Lavender Body Oil (read about it here) but your can use anything you like. Olive oil, almond oil or jojoba oil which is completely scent free if you don't like the scents, and there are many more choices.
