Registration is now open for the first Washington State Oil Train Summit to be held Aug 22-23, 2014 at Evergreen State College in Olympia, WA. This will be a weekend of workshops, networking, hands on learning, and action. Please sign up for this event on this Google doc
The primary focus of this summit will be to help form a statewide network of oil train activists. We also hope to have representatives from all over the continent for larger strategy sessions as well as to foster the formation of an International Oil Train Activists movement to protect our communities from dangerous oil by rail projects.
