What a busy weekend I’ve had, some of it was spent with friends in the beautiful city of York. In between the torrential down pour of rain, the sun actually shone and we found time to admire the magnificent York Minster.
Before my trip, I managed to squeeze in a quick visit to one of my local charity shops and came home with a few pieces of treasure. I spent most of Sunday giving them a good clean and up cycling my charming new mirror with a lick of chalk paint. It now hangs very proudly in my living room, a jolly good weekend I’d say.
