My blog focuses on my passions in life - being a runner and being a mom. It contains my training plans and what I do to overcome obstacles. However, I can't resist tossing in a few stories about darling daughter, nutritious recipes, or how I strive to live in unity with nature. I include a daily gratitude and affirmation to remind myself, and others, that we all have a lot to be thankful for and we are capable and strong.
