But current African governments are exploitative to their citizens. Isn’t it weird that china works with conservative dungholes? I think China will make their sphere of influence less capitalist, but this “we don’t care attitude” might just have the potential to become an excuse to not treat the African allies with any Marxism. Yet you say they will, that depends on the loyalties of future Chinese.

Yeah, but the UK and France and the USA are big trade partners. The Imperial nations have most of the world as various middle men that they trade services/troops with, forming an clique in the elite of the world.
Oh the Chinese don’t push Marxism on the countries they invest in either. They simply don’t care what sort of government you have. You can have a rightwing capitalist government for all they care.
Almost all African governments and almost all African political parties have progressive, people’s, labor, social, or socialist in their names. You have to at least pretend to be a leftwing party to get elected in Africa. Africans don’t have very high IQ’s, but they’re not stupid. In some ways they are smarter than 100 IQ US White working class folks.
All African nations are corrupt and many are run on a tribal basis. The few African countries that tries to divvy stuff up fairly were the Communist countries like Angola and Samora Machel’s Mozambique or the socialist countries like Ghana, Julius Nyere’s Tanzania, Patrice Lumumba’s Congo, Sambara’s Burkina Faso, Ghaddafi’s Libya, and Mugabe’s Zimbabwe.
But every African country that even hopes to get elected has to at least pretend to be socialist or social democratic, and most every elected African government is exactly the same. US style parties with programs of “Everything for the rich and nothing for anybody else” like the US Republican Party won’t get anywhere in Africa. Africans may be foolish, but they aren’t idiots!
All imperialist and exploiting nations always oppose any movements towards nationalism, populism, or the Left in any government where they are doing business. The Chinese don’t. They don’t care if a nationalist, populist, or even socialist government comes in. In fact, they might like them better because they would think that they are dealing with another progressive government now.
Do you realize that China spends millions of dollars a year promoting socialism at US universities? No imperialist country anywhere on Earth would ever do that.
All imperialist countries everywhere and at all times always oppose any type of socialism or pro-worker, pro-people movement. Hell, we overthrow governments for raising the minimum wage! That’s not even socialism or Communism or anything. But it’s a bridge too far for the US corporations in the 3rd World exploiting those people.
For example, even the Clintons had investments in Haiti under Aristide. I think the money is in factories making baseballs (most baseballs come from Hispaniola). The Clintons were not happy at all when Aristide raised the minimum wage. Not one bit! You see how crazy it is to call the Clintons Communists, much less even socialists. Hell, the Clintons not even liberals because liberals support minimum wage hikes. The Clintons are centrists or center-right at best.
