Tzatziki is a delicious Greek yogurt sauce you can throw together in minutes. A great way to WOW your guests with minimal effort.

There is this wonderful Greek restaurant called Orapax that I like to go to. They have the most fantastic Chicken wings. Although they are not your standard hot chicken wings they are out of this world delicious. So instead of using the hot sauce they use a Greek spice blend. Also instead of using Ranch or Blue Cheese dressing they use Tzatziki sauce to dip them in. It is so good and so very Greek.

Which brings me to this recipe. I love Tzatziki sauce on just about everything. It is so versatile and so very good. I it is so easy to make you will wonder why you did not think of this before. Especially now that the holidays are here. You may need something easy to feed the masses and to keep the hunger pangs at bay.

I also purchased the Pita bread from my local supermarket. I grilled it lightly on my indoor grill pan to get those beautiful grill marks.

So I have not figured out how to make those delicious chicken wings. I need to do more research, by way of eating more of those wonderful wings. When I finally do figure out the recipe I will let you know.
